Operations Assistant - Raindrop

About the Company

With over 20 million dormant pension pots in the UK alone, Raindrop specialises in finding their customers’ old, fragmented pension pots and consolidating them in one place. The market is huge, with every employee in the UK part of their target market.

About the Role

To locate their customers’ existing pension policies, Raindrop must contact lots of different companies. As operations assistant, you will be responsible for making these phone calls, and identifying ways to optimise the process and increase efficiencies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Outbound phone calls to pension providers and employers

  • Data handling and data entry management

  • Strategic improvement of operational efficiency


Location: Runway East Borough Market, 20 St Thomas Street, SE1 9RS (Hybrid working available)

Hours: Full Time over University vacation period (mid-August onwards), to continue part-time during University term-time (10-20 hours per week)

Remuneration: £12 - £16/hour

Candidate Requirements:

  • (Desired) Experience working in a call centre or other role making outbound calls

  • Professional phone manner

  • Detail-oriented and process driven

  • Hard working and determined

  • Strong initiative and keen problem solver

  • Good communication skills

  • Must have a UK/Irish Passport

Social Media Role - NEUROART Project


About the Project

The NEUROART Project is a London-based exhibition founded by a King’s MSc Neuroscience alumni and a number of King’s students and graduates that brings together neuroscientific researchers and neurodivergent artists. NEUROART recently launched an open call for researchers and artists to take part in the project and is currently run by a small group of volunteers.

About the Role

NEUROART is looking for two passionate people based at King’s College London to develop a social media strategy and run their Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter accounts.
